Confidentiality

Limited access to any confidentiality information received by Language Quills/Asian Services in Action, Inc. will be given to its employees and agents who have the need to know in order to conduct business.

Agents in connection with confidential information will be made aware of the nature of the work and requested to sign an in-house agreement.

The disclosing party may at times request their own confidentially agreements to be signed by employees and agents of Language Quills/Asian Services in Action, Inc. These too must be counter signed by the Executive Director of ASIA.
