Community Legal Services

ASIA is developing a legal service program. It is to help people in need of legal assistance but with limited resources. We will consider the income of the client when determining the legal fees for the service. (sliding scale approach) Initially, we will be focusing on the following areas, but we are also willing to provide help for other areas on a case-by-case basis.

- Small business
- Traffic violations
- Housing
- Employment
- Debt collection

Community Outreach

While providing legal services to the community, we have realized that the basic understanding of US law and civic responsibility could be essential for the new immigrants’ successful adjustment to the new environment.

ASIA is currently developing an outreach program that addresses this issue. ASIA is willing to provide education on the areas mentioned in the explanation for Community Legal Services, so if you see the need, please kindly let us know.
