Home ownership & Individual Development Accounts (IDAs)
In partnership with the Columbus-based Economic Community Development Institute (ECDI), ASIA offers low income individuals an opportunity to purchase their first home, pursue a post-secondary education, or start a small business. The Individual Development Account offers people incentive to save money toward anyone of these goals. Each dollar saved are matched one-on-one. Participants must attend a financial literacy class and an asset-specific workshop.
